We offer rehabilitation using a wide range of special methods involving manual medicine; physical therapy predominantly focusing on disorders of the joints and muscles (painful muscle attachments, joint inflammation, osteoarthritis, joint and muscle changes after injury); spine disorders; conditions before and after surgery and kinesiotherapy focusing on functional muscle disorders.

What do we use in our treatment?
Physiotherapists are professionals trained in special manual techniques, as well as in techniques and methods that use various rehabilitation tools such as fitballs, overballs and rubber therabands. All of such rehabilitation tools help strengthen muscles in different parts of the body, as well as the body as a whole. They also promote correct movement coordination and body posture. During rehabilitation, we also try to influence coordination and stability using the posturomed – a special exercise device- using a set of special exercises to achieve the required effect. We combine all of the above with electrotherapy, heat therapy, wrap application as well as special breathing exercises.
