Ozónoterapia

Ozone therapy is known worldwide as a biological therapeutic method with a wide range of applications and no adverse effects. We are able to achieve evident and excellent results already after a few initial applications. This treatment is beneficial to the organism and it regenerates all parts of the human body.In therapy, the procedure of administration and dosage according to diagnoses is important.

What is ozone therapy?

In medicine, ozone is used because of its significant healing effects that are achieved at small concentrations that are not harmful to our health, but have a significant therapeutic effect. Ozone has been used since 1915 (Albert Wolf) for the treatment of dermatological diseases and war injuries incurred during World War I.

Ozone is successfully used in internal medicine, surgery, neurology, oncology, dermatology, cardiology, orthopaedics, rheumatology, gynaecology, gastroenterology etc. The latest data shows that it leads to HIV virus inactivation in blood products (AIDS). Medical ozone is a mixture of ozone and a significant proportion of oxygen.

Healing effects in the human body

Increase in blood circulation within all tissues including the central nervous system.

Antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal effect kills viruses, bacteria, moulds, yeasts and fungi.

Immunomodulatory effect promotes white blood cell function, improves body defences. Cells are stimulated to detect mutagens that cause cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Energy-promoting effect helps in states of acute and chronic exhaustion – both physical and mental as well as in aging-associated problems.

Regenerative effect accelerates the healing of wounds, fractures and burn injuries; eliminates cellulite.

Anti-tumour effect.

Indications

Using ozone therapy, we are able to successfully resolve health problems in the following areas:

  • Immune system: immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, allergies.
  • Cardiovascular diseases: hypertension, ischemic heart disease.
  • Circulation (peripheral) disorders:: peripheral vascular disease, cerebrovascular disorders.
  • Diabetology: diabetic foot, leg ulcers.
  • Gastrointestinal tract: ulcers and the majority of gastrointestinal disorders, Helicobacter pylori, Candida albicans, ulcerous colitis, Crohn’s disease, hepatitis, haemorrhoids, chronic constipation.
  • Chronic infections:borreliosis, yeast and chlamydia infections, mycoplasma, osteomyelitis.
  • Respiratory diseases:: aasthma, whooping cough, chronic lung diseases.
  • Dermatological problems: skin infections, lesions, eczema, burns, wound healing.
  • Eye disorders: glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration (AMD syndrome).
  • Gynaecology: papillomaviruses, genital herpes, vulvovaginitis
  • Oncology: supportive therapy in oncologic diseases including metastatic tumours.
  • Body regeneration: chronic fatigue syndrome, rejuvenation, increased vitality, skin rejuvenation.

Ozone application

Based on the diagnosis, the physician recommends the most suitable application form and its frequency. Application forms include:

  • Major autohaemotherapy – this is the most effective method given its systemic effect on the whole body. First, blood is collected by the physician (50 – 150ml) and subsequently enriched with a precisely determined proportion of ozone and oxygen and finally within several minutes it is administered back into the bloodstream.
  • Minor autohaemotherapy – approx. 10 ml of venous blood is mixed with ozone and this is then administered into the body by intramuscular injection.
  • Rectal therapy – ozone in the form of a gas (approx. 100 ml) is instilled into the bowel.
  • Vaginal insufflation – ozone administration into the vagina.
  • Local therapy using creams enriched with ozone
Frequency

A clear healing effect appears after 2-3 applications; 6 to 8 applications are recommended. The required application amount and frequency depends on the given client’s diagnosis.

Contraindications

Hyperthyreosis, bleeding disorders, acute myocardial infarction, sepsis. Ozone therapy has no adverse effects. It is not contraindicated even if other medications or therapies are administered simultaneously.
